At Beckett Simonon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted investment. If your items aren't a perfect fit, we offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn products within 60 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and download the prepaid shipping label provided instantly through our automated system.

• 3.
  Pack with Care

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, including dust bags and accessories, and securely attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange.
